Kate was made for the camera. She is natural, warm and has a vibrant personality and as a result brings any topic to life. Kate Leaman has been working in front of and also behind the camera.
Kate is a consummate presenter, she has interviewed individuals from all walks of life; musicians, politicians and actors including Sir Richard Branson at an event of 40,000 people, Roger Moore, Duran Duran, Joan Armatrading and featured in a TV show alongside Michael Barrymore.
Kate hosted the international version of Wish You Were Here where she took part in husky and reindeer riding, snow dipping and even slept in an igloo. She’s also presented car and extreme sports shows. Kate has presented on shopping channels including QVC and AuctionWorld and has hosted her own radio show and read the news for Mix 96.
She won the Fiona McDarmid Award sponsored by Sky News where she was a journalist and producer and helped bring morning news to the masses on GMTV.
She has hosted both live and corporate events, for companies like BlackBerry RIM, WHSmith, Canons and Philips and was on the school syllabus as the presenter of the road traffic safety videos, which were seen nationally throughout the UK. Kate has has been the voice of the Biography Channel, UKTV Gold, Style and Baby TV to name a few. If you watch TV and listen to radio it’s more than likely you would have heard Kate’s voice.
Kate has written and hosted daily and weekly news shows for traders in foreign exchange and commodities. She has developed an expertise in the internet and runs her own popular news websites geared to individuals that trade the financial markets.
